In Syracuse, New York, a reward of $2,500 is being offered for information that could lead to the identification and prosecution of the individual responsible for dumping a deceased dog at Kelley Memorial Park in February. The reward is provided by Cuse Pit Crew, a nonprofit organization that advocates for misunderstood breeds, including pit bulls, in the Syracuse area. The dog, named Finn after the incident, was found dead and wrapped in two bags at Kelley Memorial Park on February 13. Finn was identified as a young, unneutered, skinny male with a gray coat. Anyone with information regarding the suspect can contact (315) 442-5336, email animalcruelty@syracusepolice.org, or cusepitcrew@gmail.com. Tips can be submitted anonymously and will be kept confidential.
