– Skinner was identified as the suspect and arrested by Wilkes Barre police on March 1.
– Upon being transported back to Cayuga County, Skinner was charged with burglary, grand larceny, petit larceny, and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
– Skinner was initially released on her own recognizance but was later turned over to another New York law enforcement agency for previous charges.
