Tickets, Parking, and Admission Information
GEDDES, N.Y. — With the 2024 Great New York State Fair set to kick off on Wednesday, August 21 at the NYS Fairgrounds, preparations are underway to provide visitors with key details on tickets, parking, and admission from August 21 to September 2.
Ticket Information:
– Admission tickets are priced at $8 each.
– Individuals aged 65 and older, as well as children aged 12 and under, can enter the fair for free daily.
– A Frequent Fairgoer ticket will be available for purchase online at $25 (providing daily admission throughout the fair).
– Parking is available for $12 per vehicle at any of the fair’s public lots.
Ticket Sales:
– Tickets for admission and parking can be purchased online through the Fair’s official ticket seller, Etix, or by calling Etix toll-free at 1.800.514.3849.
– No cash sales will be conducted at the Fair’s entrance gates or parking lots.
– Self-service kiosks will be set up at all gates for ticket purchases, and QR codes will be provided for patrons to scan with their phones to access the ticket purchase site.
Parking Information:
– Drivers can pay for parking using a credit card at each lot.
– It is recommended that drivers purchase parking tickets in advance for easier entry into the lots.
– Those with advance sale parking vouchers should present them to attendants for scanning before entering the lot to expedite the process.
General Information:
– The combined cost of tickets and parking for arriving via vehicle on any fair day this year is $20.73 after fees.
