CAMILLUS, N.Y. — The Fairmount Target store has resumed operations after being closed for nearly three weeks due to a fire incident.

According to Camillus Police reports, on June 28, a child playing with fireworks purchased from Target accidentally ignited a fire in the paper aisle using a lighter. The fire caused significant damage to the store, necessitating the installation of a new sprinkler system.

Following the completion of repairs, the Fairmount Target store is now operating during its regular business hours.
