After earning his MBA degree and CPA certificate, Joe began his career working primarily on assisting large corporations emerge from bankruptcy with a healthier balance sheet and more sustainable operational profile. His advanced finance and accounting expertise, coupled with deep experience in business operations, earned him an opportunity to become CFO of one of the 10 largest automotive dealership groups in the country where he reimagined the Finance & Insurance Department, which resulted in a sustained 43% increase in gross profit per vehicle.

This achievement, coupled with his uncovering of a complex, multi-party fraud scheme that cost the group over $15 million, led Automotive News to make him the youngest ever member of their annual “Top 40 under 40” in 2020 and be featured in an issue highlighting leadership during the pandemic. A lifelong lacrosse player and avid fan of the game, Joe’s demonstrated ability to translate opportunity directly into shareholder value is an invaluable asset to GET REPS.

Luke Cometti is a 2013 graduate of Syracuse University, where he was an All-American lacrosse player. After college, he worked at Stryker as an Associate Sales Representative in the endoscopy division. There, he helped sell, cover, and manage the Syracuse and Rochester territory to help achieve their $3.5 million quota in 2013 and 2014. After Stryker, Luke moved to Austin, TX to start his entrepreneurial journey and play professional lacrosse. Upon moving to Austin, Luke co-founded the club lacrosse program “Iron Horse Austin”, which started in 2015 and became the largest club lacrosse program in the state by 2018. At its peak, Iron Horse Austin consisted of 12 boys teams, 6 girls teams, camps, clinics, etc., and grossed over $750k a year. Luke’s primary role at Iron Horse was recruiting the top coaches in the area and managing them throughout the year.

During this time, Luke was also the Head Varsity Coach and Program Director of the Vandegrift Lacrosse Program. After a challenging first season as head coach, where the team went 3-12, Luke built up the program and helped lead the team to the 2021 Class A State Championship in his final season. In the summer of 2021, Luke and his family decided to return to Syracuse to be closer to family and to pursue the launch of GET REPS.

During his tenure as VP of Product & Engineering and later as President & CTO at StorySlab, he successfully orchestrated a scalable tech stack and managed a high-performing team, achieving 40% YoY ARR growth post-Series A, even in the face of pandemic-related headwinds.
