Have you ever wanted to cruise on Onondaga Lake or the Seneca River but don’t have a boat? Well, you’re in luck! Syracuse Boating recently launched its services, offering regularly scheduled tours that depart daily from Dutchman’s Landing in Baldwinsville.

Owner Annette Peters has ensured there is something for everyone, with a variety of themed cruises available including sunset cruises, cocktail cruises, beer & popcorn pairing tours, wine tasting, bourbon tasting cruises, history cruises, and even shuttle services to select concerts at the Empower FCU Amphitheater at Lakeview.

Peters highlighted that this is a unique opportunity to experience the beauty of the lake or river from a different perspective. The sunset cruises have been particularly popular, providing a leisurely ninety-minute journey on the water while showcasing the community in a whole new light.

Syracuse Boating tours can accommodate up to 22 passengers and also offer private tours and parties, making it ideal for those seeking a relaxing day out on the water, enjoying a cocktail, music, and unwinding.

Peters emphasized that being on the water provides a special chance to observe wildlife up close, with opportunities to see herons, osprey, turtles, eagles, and various fish species in their natural habitat.

The tours are priced daily, ranging from $12.50 to $15 for children and $27.50 to $30 for adults. For more information on booking a tour, please visit their website clicking here.
