In Syracuse, NY, a $2,500 reward is being offered for information that can lead to the arrest and conviction of the individual who abandoned a deceased dog at Kelley Memorial Park in February. The reward is provided by Cuse Pit Crew, a non-profit organization that supports pit bulls and other misunderstood breeds in the area. The dog, named Finn after the incident, was discovered wrapped in two bags at the northwest corner of the park. Finn was a young, unneutered male dog who was gray and severely underweight according to Cuse Pit Crew. To provide tips or information that could assist in the suspect’s arrest, individuals can contact (315) 442-5336, email animalcruelty@syracusepolice.org, or reach out to cusepitcrew@gmail.com. Tips can be submitted anonymously and will be kept confidential.
