Syracuse Nationals to Return to NYS Fairgrounds in July under New Ownership

Syracuse, N.Y. – The Syracuse Nationals, which is the largest car show in the Northeast, is set to take place in Syracuse this July. Hosted at the NYS Fairgrounds from July 19 to 21, the annual event is growing in size, particularly with new ambitious owners. These owners have injected $100,000 into expanding the marketing efforts for the show.

COO of Galaxy Media Partners, Carrie Wojtaszek, mentioned, “In addition to our current comprehensive marketing strategy for the Syracuse Nationals, we will allocate an additional $100,000 this year to promote the event to key markets such as Buffalo, Rochester, Scranton, Albany, Toronto, and southern Ontario.”

The local joint venture that now owns the Syracuse Nationals has ambitious goals for the annual car show, with the 2023 edition generating an economic impact of $19 million, as reported by Visit Syracuse. Attendees can anticipate a mix of new features and classic elements at the event, including a replica from the “Transformers” movie. Moreover, children under 12 can enjoy free entry.

Ed Levine, co-owner of the Syracuse Nationals, expressed, “I believe it is a fantastic family-friendly event, which is one of our main objectives. Our secondary goal is to expand the geographical reach of the event, which will be a gradual 3-5 year process.”
