Troopers help deliver baby girl at Lowe’s in Waterloo

Two New York State Troopers assisted in the delivery of a baby girl in a Lowe’s parking lot. The incident occurred on April 15, when Seneca County 911 dispatched Trooper Joseph Vinci and Trooper Alexander Mullen to the Town of Waterloo. They responded to a call reporting a woman in active labor in a vehicle at Lowe’s. The troopers promptly arrived and successfully helped deliver the newborn girl. North Seneca Ambulance then transported both the mother and baby to F.F. Thompson Hospital. Fortunately, both mother and baby are in good health and doing well.
